The Role: Build Smart, Fast, and Scalable Solutions

We’re looking for an AI & Software Engineer who loves solving problems, learning new things, and pushing beyond their comfort zone.

You’ll work on a variety of projects, from web apps and APIs to mobile apps, complex automation workflows in n8n, and AI-driven tools. This isn’t a “just write the code you’re told” role. You’ll be shaping solutions, contributing ideas, and working closely with project managers, designers, and clients to make sure what we build is intuitive, effective, and future-proof.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like…

• Building and maintaining software solutions including APIs, web apps, mobile apps, and third-party service integrations

• Designing and building automation workflows using n8n and integrating custom AI tools to solve client-specific problems

• Combining multiple platforms, APIs, and AI models into seamless, scalable systems

• Working with JavaScript/TypeScript and React to create fast, intuitive front-end experiences

• Developing back-end solutions in PHP (Laravel) or another C-type language, with strong SQL/database skills

• Publishing mobile apps to iOS and Google Play, navigating the compliance and release process

• Picking up existing projects quickly or starting new ones from scratch

• Collaborating with the team to architect and plan systems before you write a line of code

• Staying ahead of new tech and bringing fresh ideas to the table

What You Bring

• Solid coding background in at least one C-type language (PHP, C#, Java, etc.)

• Proficiency with SQL and database design

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• An understanding of APIs and integrations between platforms

• Interest or experience in building AI-powered tools, workflows, or agents

• Ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and tools

• The confidence to share ideas and challenge thinking in a constructive way

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills

• Mid-level experience, able to hit the ground running within the first month

This Role Could Suit Someone Who’s…

• Worked in a software engineering or full-stack dev role with exposure to multiple tech stacks

• Built and shipped apps (web or mobile) that people actually use

• Naturally curious, always learning, and motivated to keep up with the latest in tech

• Excited to push the bounds of what we can do with today’s technology

• Comfortable talking with project managers and designers, and occasionally with clients directly

• Keen to work on diverse projects, from local business tools to large-scale platforms
